Ordered Two katanas for my bf’s birthday, I ordered it a bit a late to be fair only a week maybe 10 days before his bday, anyway fast forward 3-4 weeks after his birthday still hadn’t been shipped. Now I’ve seen other reviews saying they recieved a generic message apologising, mine was that their warehouse has burned down. Luckily I was able to get the full refund, but I have a suspicion this was a scam or not a good company.
