I ordered a family crest ring in January and I received a confirmation. that was on the 9th. I waited a week before i contacted them at which time they advised they had sent an email for approval of the design. found it in my junk mail, approved the design and asked about the face size and was advised to go with the large face, to which I agreed. then...nothing. I've emailed a few times asking for an update on my order and asked how I should pay the $30 difference and...nothing. there is no phone number to call customer service and their "Texas" address goes to a house in Texas. It has been a month now since I placed the original order
