I wanted to leave a positive five-star review, but several factors have dampened that. The only reason I’m giving any stars is that the seller offers refills, which are a more eco-friendly option. I haven't tested the products yet but assume they are decent. I appreciate that they are free from parabens and sulfates. They claim to offer a closed-loop system for collecting used products, but this information is not consistently provided. I bought 3 refills and 2 glass pumps, but the order did not include promised free samples. When I contacted the support team, their late response indicated I wouldn't receive them due to using a discount code, which was misleading. The delivery took 10 days, and I found the customer service slow and unhelpful. Two glass pumps arrived with marks and tears, which is disappointing as I wanted them to be visually appealing. The damaged packaging and use of non-recyclable materials contradict their eco-friendly claims. I've given feedback to the seller and am waiting for a response.
