Horrible customer support and I DONT EVEN HAVE MY ITEM.

I ordered a belt on the last week of November 2021 hoping to be able to use it 3 weeks later as I thought I had plenty of time for it to get shipped but they decided to use Aramex and it took the parcel until the end of January 2022 to “arrive” in WA. Aramex takes a few months to “attempt” delivering to my address and I bug this company to just refund me but stated that they won’t as they haven’t got their product back. I tried contacting Aramex but for those who have dealt with them before know how daunting a task this was so I waited until May 2022 to get an update from Minimum Co.It took me until September 2022 to be able to have the time to pick my parcel up from the collection depot as I don’t live my life waiting for a belt that has gone past its date of intended use yet Minimum Co. doesn’t seem to mind holding onto my money that I used to pay for their product. I get there and got told that they don’t even have my item at that pickup point. I inform Minimum Co. about the issue and they told me to deal with the courier myself because they don’t even communicate with Aramex anymore and proceeded to restrict me from their Facebook account.I don’t have your item a year and a half later yet you still have my money. You can keep my $69.95 and you can keep this 1-star review.EDIT: This is in response to minimum.co’s reply to my review.I can confidently tell you no attempts to contact me was made by Aramex. I had already expressed concerns about your choice of courier after shipping the product as it was not specified at the point of purchase. Do you even look them up before deciding on them? Nevertheless, it took TWO MONTHS for your product to reach the parcel pickup point and other reputable businesses with an acumen for customer service would have refunded the buyer well before then.
