I want to update my experience with Mining Automatic and their parent company (Nov 2021 – Sept 2025). Looks like many more have experience similar situations as I today compared to just 12 months ago.Key themes: poor communication; verbal promises that weren’t reflected in written agreements; only trust what’s in writing.Timeline (high level):I was a client of the parent company starting in 2021 and invested a substantial amount. Communication and reporting were inconsistent.In early 2024 I signed a new agreement with Mining Automatic. The company set a timeline for setup and payouts; that timeline passed and I received no payouts at the time.After posting a review in Oct 2024, leadership reached out and we discussed next steps. Payouts later began but the process changed often and required me to chase updates.In early 2025 the company announced major changes; I only learned about them after the fact, and payout activity stopped without clear written confirmation of recovery timelines.From March–Sept 2025 communication was slow and often left questions unanswered. As of 9/5/2025, the written notice I received does not reflect the verbal assurances I received earlier this year.Recommendation: Proceed with caution. Carefully review any written agreement, and do not rely on verbal promises alone. Outcomes appear to vary, especially for smaller investments.
