I ordered a 18k heat pump. CAME QUICK but when I installed the unit has issues. ITS throwing a error code. I called mini splits 4less and they what you to call a tech #. ALL THEY DO IS SELL. We called the tech # 2 times with no help then was told to hire a CH tech and they would talk to them. Where does it say I can't install unit? A warranty is good for all units .
