I purchased a multi zone ductless system from here. Everything arrived very quickly. All the parts were included. For around 5k I completed a job that 3 HVAC companies wanted approximately 40k to do. Great deal. I’ve installed 100 of these ductless units. There’s no comparison between these and a regular system and I don’t even know what they bother selling anything else.
