We called in and after sending over our floor plans they spec'd us for 3 Zone Pioneer 36,000 BTU system and we could not be happier. It was a DIY mini split so did the install ourselves with the help of my brother who has experience installing air conditioners. We did run into a few issues during the install but after a 30 minute phone call with mini split systems direct we got it all resolved. Great tech support! They followed up with us a week later to see how we were doing. Great customer service!
