I acquired some backup software a few years back (still within supported versions) and after reloading my PC multiple times, I ran out of activation codes. With proof of purchase, I successfully obtained one final set of activations for my software (July 22nd, 2023) before needing to upgrade to a newer version. Many companies would simply decline assistance and push for a new purchase. The customer support was excellent, very helpful, and patient with me. I truly appreciate the service and their software—definitely worth the investment!
