I had a cracked bathroom floor tile so found Minoli online and contacted them. I didn't have the tile type or colour so Shaun Liptrot from Minoli asked for a photograph and then sent me a sample to compare. It was the correct one and I ordered the tile with a few to spare in case of other cracks in the future. Shaun kept me informed throughout the process and I could not fault his customer service which was outstanding. Thank you and wish other companies had such a high regard for their customers!
