From beginning to end Minors and Brady were great! When I was still viewing properties, Molly, the agent, showed me around and answered all my questions, being very knowledgeable about the property and engaging fully with me - something I've seen lack in other agencies. Afterwards, Dominyka accompanied me in the process, keeping me updated with weekly emails, and making sure to check in with both conveyancer's (mine and the seller's) to give me the most accurate information. She's always been really positive and encouraging, and has made me feel that I was always on track!
The process was great beginning to end. Simple and with no headaches, everything was communicated to us in good time.

However, I wish they had communicated the truthful information to the team that was aggressively promoting the sale by increasing the asking price over the phone, rather than negotiating effectively with the vendor.
