I've previously ordered from the service twice and was very pleased with both the products and the delivery. That's why I decided to place a third order. This time, however, something seems off. It’s been over two weeks now, and the tracking still shows only 'Label Created' with no movement at all. The support team keeps telling me 'it’s moving in the system,' but the tracking page hasn't changed at all since November 26. I'm not saying the company is unreliable — my past experiences were positive — but currently, there is a clear issue with this shipment, and I'm not receiving any real updates on the situation. I’ll update this review once I see how they handle it.
