I've been a customer for a while now, ever since my hair transplant. Until recently, everything went smoothly, especially since they offered free samples before I became a full-paying customer. However, recently, I ordered three units of their product, and only one arrived. It turned out that part of my package was stolen during delivery; the fault lies with the carrier, not the company. They investigated and offered to resend the two missing units at their expense to rectify the situation. I was already a fan before, but because of their response, I would gladly recommend this company to anyone still undecided!
