I ordered my product on May 5th and have not received it 39 days later! I keep telling the customer support that the product is lost and to reship my order, but now they stopped answering my emails. They keep telling me there are updates to the tracking, but I confirmed with my local shipping company that the product has not been received by them. And now they stopped answering me, which is very frustrating. I cannot speak for the US, but if you live in Europe, I would not recommend purchasing from them. Edit on 14.07 - a couple of days after the first review the company did re-ship the product and I picked up the product today at the post office.
