I’ve ordered from the company twice before and was very pleased with both the products and the delivery. That’s why I decided to place a third order. This time, however, something feels off. It’s been over two weeks, and the tracking still shows only “Label Created” with no progress. The support team keeps assuring me that “it’s moving in the system,” but the tracking page hasn’t changed at all since November 26. I’m not claiming the company is unreliable — my previous experiences were good — but right now there’s clearly an issue with this shipment, and I’m not receiving any meaningful updates about what’s happening. I’ll update this review once I see how the situation is resolved.
