Absolute joke of a company. Supposed to be on your side helping you through what was already a traumatic experience as it is. But then to be told you aren't going to be paid your losses as they don't take into consideration your job as it couldn't be started due to the crash therefore to them you are unemployed. Absolute joke spent months chasing them for answers done everything asked of them sent in every document they asked for to get absolutely nowhere ! Won't ever use this company again. Absolutely abysmal
