I registered for the first time tonight . Firstly Deposited £10 which i had a few good wins but as there was a bonus promotion decided to deposit a final £10 and take up the bonus offer. Had some really good wins but couldnt withdraw anything as I have to wager 20× before i can do so . I had £140 in my account and was playing on a slot game and won a fair bit, when suddenly a message came up to say I wasn't allowed to play and it logged me out of the entire site! Presumed it was just a poor connection so tried to log in again and a message said my account was closed and to contact customer service! I emailed them straight away and heard nothing back so emailed again and I'm still waiting for a response!! I'm aware emails can take time, but to close my account with no explanation after allowing me to deposit £20 and then play, is not on !UPDATE:MINTBET have contacted me and explained the reason and have kindly refunded my £20 deposit so I have amended my star rating to 4 as I feel it was a good site and had they have had live chat it would've been dealt with quicker!( I play on mobile ) Grateful for the refund and I accept the reason for closure!
