I bought this bracelet on October 25, 2025, and it arrived on November 5, 2025, for my baby, but it broke in half. The bracelet wasn't worn until November 19th. I spent a significant amount, $310.85 to be exact, and the quality is disappointing. I could have found a better-made bracelet elsewhere for less. I usually enjoy supporting small businesses, but this experience has changed my perspective. The customer support team was rude and defensive, and they blamed my baby for the bracelet breaking, despite the poor quality. The metal is very soft and bends easily. They didn't offer to fix the bracelet or refund my money. I plan to report them to the better business bureau.
