I recently purchased a 10 x 13 Mirador pergola. Customer service was awesome, and delivery was fast but be prepared that it comes in multiple heavy boxes. My handyman did most of the work himself but needed a helper for part of the install. The pergola is bolted to a cement patio and wired for electricity. It is super sturdy and has had no problem with handling heavier winds. This pergola is a great value for the money over other overpriced high end brands, especially when you add in the accessories I got ( roll down shade, fixed wall, and sliding shutter door). The pergola looks great and is a fantastic addition to the back yard making the space much more useable. I am very happy with my purchase.
