As a returning customer for fitness equipment: the service has been exceptional overall, but there is a small drawback with the freestanding boxing bag. It is well designed and fairly priced, but it loses a star due to the filling cap, which is a plug type instead of a screw-on. Unless you, like me, fill it with play sand (which is dry and easy to pour), using a wide spout funnel makes the task much simpler. I opted not to fill it with water, as I believe it wouldn't be stable enough and could leak due to the plug—this is where the design could improve since there’s no screw cap. However, with dry sand, there are no issues! It can be moved without the sand spilling, and the bag withstands heavy use. The material is comfortable enough for bare fists or with MMA and boxing gloves, and the compact design with a striking orange and black color is appealing. When moving it, simply remove the bag, roll the base into position, and then reinsert the bag. I have purchased several items from the company over the years and have consistently found them to be of high quality. To conclude, I hope the company can reach out to the manufacturers to enhance the cap, as this would definitely elevate the item to a five-star rating.
