The shoes are pretty good but…. The company policy is unfair and sucks! I ordered two pair as a new customer exactly on Black Friday, then i received an email with promo codes 50% off both shoes on that same day they were actually on a discount with the promo codes that one receives with the newsletter, i contacted support to ask for a partial refund or to have 2 more pairs sent as it would amount to the promo and the price i paid, but i got rejected unfairly, so far like i said the shoes are decent there are some comfort issues but overall they are ok, but the policy and customer treatment needs a huge improvement!
