Service is bad. No contact option beside a contact form. Here you can wait ages until you get feedback. KI Chat is also bad and not helpfull. Just wanted to have a return label which seems impossible.Got only a GLS pick up date where i wont be availalbe. On GLS webpage it is impossible to change the date as well. Not really a nice customer expierence. Would not recommend to buy agian on this shop.
