If I could give zero I would. Do not and I repeat do not use this company. I'm trying to withdraw money and they make it intentionally difficult to do so, they return the withdrawal amount to your balance in what I can only assume is an attempt to get you to spend it.I have a secure debit card which does not have the card details displayed on it, they have asked me FIVE TIMES for it after telling them in the most simplest of terms. They just are refusing to acknowledge it. Absolutely atrrocious customer service and shocking how badly the staff are trained. Verification still not resolved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
