If you live in the United States, I don't recommend you purchase their products because they have a two week return policy and you won't get the product until the two-week period is expired. I ordered a Sureflap microchip cat/small dog door and the next day my wife got back from out of town and said she didn't want it, so I canceled the order via email the next day. Miscota didn't respond to my email but I just assumed they cancelled my order, but then I got the microchip door about two weeks later and contacted customer service and they said they had a two week return policy and it was too late to return it, yet I canceled the order the very next day and I know they already sent the cat/small dog door out but that should count for cancelling within the two-week time frame not to mention they should have a longer time frame to return an order and I told them I would put a bad review but they didn't care and said go ahead put a bad review we did nothing wrong, so they are kind in words but not in action, in other words they are not customer friendly, they could have avoided this bad review by simply acknowledging I contacted them the next day via email and respect that and let me return their product and give me my money back and I’m still willing to turn around and write a good review if they reconsider and let me return their product and give me my money back, but if they don't want to keep good reviews then that's their choice, have a good day!
