Revised review on 9/1/23I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. After finally getting in contact with "a human customer support" the problem was resolved without any hazzle and I was refunded for the missing goods.Original reviewI have used Miscota for several years without any problems. In my latest order MIS-5581178 (2 big bags of Orijen), only 1 bag arrived in front of my door without any wrapping, note or sender information.I contacted Miscota about this problem, but they ask me to provide photos of label and box which is not possible because it wasn't delivered in any box or with any note.I hope that Miscota will resolve this problem ASAP.
