Paid over 6 euro for delivery within 3-4 days...it's been over 2 weeks and the product isn't even in my COUNTRY yet. No invoice given after my purchase and was treated rudely when I corresponded with them. Insisting I was at fault somehow for not getting it. 14 email exchanges to get it!! How about the "Yoga Guarantee" they offer for 3 euro for an "order without complications". Do you believe it? To pay extra for something that is normally called customer service?!?! That should have been my first clue as to the horrible business practices these clowns employ. I am on a mission to warn pet owners everywhere about this company.
