Terrible experience due to lack of honesty and transparency from the company. I ordered 2 chip feeders to Germany for my sick cats. The company mentioned on their website that the package would be shipped by Hermes, but this was not the full truth. Hermes was only responsible for the last leg of delivery, actual delivery was handled by a Spanish company. This is why Miscota would not give a proper tracking number for the package, they instead forces you to track via their website to obscure the deliverer. However, the tracking number they gave me did not even work on their site. After 2 weeks of arguing with customer support as the package did not show up, they finally relented and gave me an actual tracking number for InPost. Only then did I find out that the package was shipped from Spain. This information never appeared anywhere throughout the ordering process.The package arrived a full month after I ordered. The delivery guy dumped it in front of me and rushed away because of the terrible condition the box was in. It was not taped properly so both top and bottom flaps were close to opening on their own. The feeders were rolling inside freely because there was 0 padding. It was abhorrent how little care they put in for an order worth close to 400 EUR.I then wrote a review of the product detailing my full experience, giving it 2 stars. The review did not show up on their website. So this is why the products they carry have such good ratings, Miscota hides all the negative reviews!I will never deal with this company ever again.
