Today is the final point when I am refusing using this company's service. It has been 3 years since we started using Miscota to purchase good (mostly food) for our dog.It has always been problematic because their orders would arrive damaged sometimes. In most of the cases my orders would arrive late or there would be an item missing, so I had to wait or replace it.The only reason I was still using it is because they had a specific dog-food that I needed. Also, if you wanted your order to be processed faster or to get better customer support - you had to pay extra for each order! This is incredible. The last point was today, when it has been more than 3 weeks since my order was places and it is not even shipped yet. Ordered on the 21st of August, today is September 18th. On August 23rd they said that the order was ready and they were shipping it, but they did not.September 13th, they said that the items arrived to their warehouse and they were about to ship them, but they did not - again!They lie, moreover, it leads to your dog having no food.
