I had to buy food urgently for my pet that was not available in my country. Miscota estimated a 2-week delivery turnaround time. I ordered on 12 May and items arrived on 24 May and in good condition. I do wish that there was a cheaper delivery option. Right now, the delivery fee is almost twice as much as the cost of the product, making it very expensive.I would give it 5 stars if their customer service response time was better. My enquiries were sent on 11 May and I only received satisfactory replies to all my questions on 17 May, by which time I had already decided to go ahead with my purchase (on 12 May).
