I ordered a dog training collar but I didn’t receive it. I emailed them and they responded that the would contact the courier and get back to me but I heard nothing. I emailed again and this time they said that it had been delivered. I emailed yet again stating that I hadn’t received it and they responded that they would contact the courier again. Still nothing, so I emailed again and was told that as it was a tracked service, no signature was required and that it was delivered. I phoned GLS ire and a nice gentleman told me that it was entered into the system by Miscota but NOT handed over to them (so how could miscota say that it had been delivered when GLS hadn’t even been given it) he also told me that the last 3 letters of the tracking number (POW) was actually P-zero-w which struck me as deliberately fraudulent or at best misleading on Miscotas behalf. Luckily for me I had paid through PayPal, so I set up a dispute and got my refund the next day. A lot of wasted time on my part, not to mention the frustration and annoyance too. I definitely won’t be using miscota again.
