Fraudulent discounts: they state that discounts that they offer though codes apply on the "net" price.This means the price without tax. VAT is always by definition a percentage of the net price. States for example 10%, but in reality gives 7% discount. Do the math! So they misrepresent any discounts (always to your disadvantage) and fraudulently charge too much VAT. When you ask support, they state that they'll refund anything you overpaid but you have to buy first. When you do, its too late, they refuse your claim based on the fact that they are unable to.
