Ordered some food for my dogs. Got a message about low stock before my order was sent out. Still haven't refunded for the missing package of food, and they keep sending the same auto answer when contacting them. I ordered at Miscota many times, but this will be the last. They literally steal from you, even though you paied extra for their "customer service".
