The bars are fantastic. However, the delivery service decided to leave the items under my car instead of delivering them to my door. Initially, I thought my order hadn't arrived. I received no assistance or response from customer support via email. If I don’t answer the door, it should be left with a neighbor. The weather was rainy and icy, causing the items to get soggy and waterlogged. Additionally, I've emailed twice without any response, indicating a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
