I should have listened to the horror stories online and now I understand why they are known as Sh!timoto. After ordering a simple replacement part, I was sent the wrong item three times. After a month of their incompetence, I requested a refund, since it did not seem like I was ever going to actually get the part I ordered.Sh!timoto stated that I would receive it in 3-5 days, but if you ever received a refund, it usually takes just a couple days to process. It has now been 8 days since I was promised a refund, and to no surprise, I have not received that. I had the misfortune of dealing with shady businesses before, and I am sure their intention was to hope I did not check if the refund was sent, so they could keep my money without actually giving me my order.I recommend anyone to do your research and look for alternative option over this crooked company.
