They sent me a dress that wasn't fitting me as their sizes are not standard. When I requested an exchange they told me that I have to pay 30£ for the postage. Then I requested a return address. Apparently you have to post it to USA and no one will reimburse postage fees. I paid 25£ for the postage from UK to the US. First they refused to give a refund and only when I quoted Consumer Rights Act they agreed to refund me but only amount I paid for the dress. Postage fees were my loss that no one cared about. Overall I had an awful shopping experience. Will never buy from them again.
