I ordered a dress from here and while it was quite nice, it didn't fit. I insisted on a cash refund quoting the consumer rights act and it was agreed. They took a £6 restocking fee and also I had to pay for the return to the USA, both of which I was fine with, however they then took an extra £10 postage fee which I don't understand as I paid for the return postage.The communication is also quite unprofessional but overall the experience was fine, not great.
