AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!I ordered a dress for over £100 and the dress took over 2 weeks to arrive. I tried to cancel the order and they ignored until they sent me a tracking number that wasn’t even valid to tell me it had already been sent (which it hadn’t). The dress arrived and looked nothing like the picture, the quality was awful. I asked for a refund and they told me that it would be too much hassle for myself and for them. They also said that it might look different from the picture to my body as my body type might be different!! This was part of the reply they gave me:‘For the item,you can present it to your friends or sell it to someone else,how would that sounds to you ?’This is not how you run a clothing company… customer service is absolutely appalling. No company should refuse for you to return an item, or even offer you a gift card for 70% of the item you are returning - not even the full price. Order number #7735
