Drinks are way overpriced, in addition to having to pay a “service fee” just because you’re forced to pay/order via a tablet even though there is a live employee who should be fully capable of taking your order, especially given how slow the shop is. (Over $8 for a regularBoba beverage??) You pay extra for boba, which is expected, but they put a very small portion in your drink. The napkin dispensers are completely empty; when I asked for some he brought out just one, as low they’re running low of something (which is odd, because they serve food too). And since they serve food, they interior is very stuffy, with poor ventilation.
