Really terrible experience with Miss Moda Luxe. The item I received was extremely poor quality, I returned the item due to this and I’m being charged £8.98 for delivery/return charges? The description of the products online are completely different to the products in person, the colour and quality is nothing like described online. I have contacted the company numerous times over the past 3 weeks via email and online chat and still no one has contacted me back. When returning items that are faulty/not as described within the returns period you are covered under the consumer rights to receive a refund of your delivery/return charges. Miss Moda Luxe are ignoring my emails and I would highly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere and do not buy from the company, extremely disappointing.
