Agree with previous comments about false advertisement due to different colours. Ordered beige boots and they were dark brown when they arrived, refused refund on postage, very bad customer service as it seems to be a reoccurring problem and something should have been done to prevent innocent customers having to waste their money on products which are falsely advertised
