Let me just say, who ever is running th customer service at Moda needs a gold star! My order was done online , easy as pie, order notification came in time, the. I realised the address was wrong the group was able to help re route to the correct location on the label in time. With that said I have a similar house number on the street and the parcel was received but this time my neighbour sent it back via royal Mail! In a panic!! I need these boots for a trip jan 20th. I jumped online spoke to the team again, very helpful and re ordered and said that I will see if I can get the original boots for the post. All in all! Hands down the best team, best customer service at a little crisis. I would order again from them in a heart beat. Xx C 444
