I purchased some boots at the beginning of December for my daughters Christmas present, unfortunately the boots were too small. I emailed Moda Luxe as was outside of the 14 day refund policy, customer service was excellent, they replied to my email promptly and kindly let me return these boots outside of the 14 days.
