Placed order for some boots as a Christmas present. Came promptly and were good quality. Sadly they didn’t fit around my daughter’s calves. Absolutely no fault of the product in any way. I was outside of the 14 day return but I have been allowed to return them and was answered promptly. Thanks for great service
