Royal Mail have again confirmed they have not received the parcel I have already paid for from this company. They are awaiting the parcel from Miss Moda Luxe. Order was paid for and confirmed 6th June. I paid for 24hr delivery. Still waiting for a delivery or resolution on 23rd June. Miss Moda Luxe are now ignoring my emails. Appalling customer service.
