I completed an online form on 5th March through car finance check uk. I was called on 6th telling me they had found I could be owed money back and to go ahead I’d need to sign some online documents and the fee was 15% and did I agree to it. I said yes as I felt that was reasonable. That same day I received documents from Mis-sold expert. I did not get the chance to read the documents until 7th. At no point was I informed that my case would be passed to another company, and they would also charge a fee, which turned out to be 33%! So on 8th March I sent the cancellation form. No trust!
