Paid $25 for expedited shipping which guaranteed delivery in 5-9 biz days. On the 8th biz day, got a text that it won’t arrive until next week (roughly around the 12th biz day). They are hard to reach and once I FINALLY got a response, they said they were on Chinese New Year and they won’t refund the shipping fee. Then today, found out that DHL has had the dress in my city since early this morning and PROMISED delivery today (10th biz day) - but it never arrived. DHL app keeps saying “package on hold”…with no further explanation. Cust service is closed for the weekend. Literally the WORST experience. Delay after delay with no apology, ownership or refund of expedited shipping fee. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Don’t shop here!
