This company’s customer service and return process is completely horrible and bad. I received two items I ordered however they are small on me. I tried to contact customer service by email several times and it took them 3-5 days to respond. And the worst part is they told me to choose two other items, keep the dress & pay additional $70.00 and that’s not right! Or return It by post office which cost a lot! Please be aware customers who are buying dresses from Missord online site, that you’ll go through a lot of hassle, pay extra for shipping more than what you paid for the dress.This site is deceiving and should be investigated regarding their return policy. They must provide phone number to contact and address where to return an item.
