My experience of Miss Sixty's customer service in Italy is totally second to none. They went over and above on an import issue returning an item. Communications were very polite, prompt and helpful. They did everything they could to resolve matters with customs and DHL even though the error was mine. I also love the design, quality and fit of their goods. I will continue to order online as I have confidence in their products but most of all the company's customer service practices. Their treatment told me a lot about how they value their customers.
