I ordered a belt from Miss Sixty at the end of November 2025. It’s now February 2026 and I don’t have the belt. I have been in regular communication with their “customer service” since early December. They haven’t done a thing to resolve the issue and don’t even address me by the correct name in their emails. They use a third rate parcel service whom even they seem unable to contact. It is safe to say that I won’t ever be ordering from them again.
