I posted a return and it was delivered to Miss Sixty on 8th Sept 2020. After another 2 weeks of waiting for a refund I contacted Miss Sixty, they only sent me a generic email saying they are looking into this case without any further follow-ups. I sent multiple emails afterwards and ultimately had to open a case through PayPal. If not for PayPal intervention I wouldn't have received my money back.
